FAQ

Who can register on this website, and how?

All saints attending the conference should be registered corporately by church, region, or country through a registration coordinator. Applications by individuals will not be accepted. The registration coordinator first creates an account. Once the account has been approved by the conference, the coordinator downloads the Excel template, fills in the list of attendees, and uploads it. All registration is done online; there is no paper or in-person registration.

How long does it take for a registration coordinator's account to be approved?

After you create an account and verify your email address, your account will be reviewed by the conference. You cannot upload a registration list until it has been approved. You will be notified of the result by email. If you have not heard anything for a long time, please leave a message for the conference service team.

How do I upload or change the registration list?

After your account has been approved, log in to "My registration." On the "Roster" page you can add or edit attendees one at a time, or you can download the Excel template, fill it in, and upload it. When you upload a file, the system first shows a preview of what will be added, updated, or left unchanged, along with any errors. Nothing is saved until you confirm. To make changes later using Excel, first click "Download current roster" (this file includes each person's registration number), edit that file, and upload it again. Changes made on the website after you downloaded the file will not be overwritten by the older file; if the same entry was changed in both places, it will be listed as a "conflict" so that you can choose which version to keep. Excel can only be used to add or update registrations; anyone not listed in the file stays as they are. To cancel a registration, please do so in the registration list on the website (a cancelled registration can be restored at any time before the registration deadline).

What should I do if I forget my password?

On the login page, choose "Forgot password," and enter the email address you registered with. The system will send you a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder first.

When is the registration deadline?

Registration is open from October 12 through December 31, 2026. Late registrations will not be accepted.

How much is the donation?

Overseas conference registrants should submit a donation of $250.00 USD, which covers hospitality during the conference. Registrants for the church visitation trips, whether Period One or Period Two, should submit a donation of $350.00 USD. Those who would like to stay in hotels should make their own arrangements. Please note that the donation is non-refundable, even if your plans change after registering. This website adds the conference donation and the church visitation donation together; for example, the conference plus one church visitation period comes to $600.00 USD.

If I join a church visitation trip and also attend the conference, is the donation $350 USD?

No. The $350.00 USD donation for the church visitation trip does not include the conference donation. The two are added together: $250.00 USD for the conference + $350.00 USD for the church visitation trip = $600.00 USD per person. Those attending only the conference submit $250.00 USD per person. Each person may join only one church visitation period, either Period One or Period Two. Please note that the donation is non-refundable, even if your plans change after registering.

Can I join both periods of the church visitation trips?

No. The church visitation trips are arranged in two periods (Period One—February 16 through February 19; Period Two—February 22 through February 25). Each person may join only one period.

Do children need to submit a donation?

Whether during the conference or the church visitation trips, children who need a bed or a seat on the tour bus require the same donation as adults. Children who need neither a bed nor a seat on the tour bus (for example, sharing a bed with their parents and travelling on their own) do not need to submit a donation; the registration coordinator should tick "No bed or bus seat needed" in that child's registration.

How do I send the donation, and what do I do after sending it?

Donations should be made by remittance; payment by check will not be accepted. The beneficiary account number is 065-08-7121733 (the full remittance details are given on this website). After sending the remittance, the registration coordinator can upload the remittance receipt under "My Account" to report it, and the conference finance team will confirm it. You may send the donation in several remittances; please report each one separately.

Should saints in Taiwan register on this website?

No. Saints in Taiwan should register through the Taiwan churches' registration system and do not need to create an account on this website.

What time does admission open? What do I need to prepare for check-in and admission?

Admission opens 90 minutes before the first meeting each day: 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 20, and 7:30 AM on Lord's Day, February 21. Other details regarding check-in and admission will be announced on this website as they become available; they have not yet been announced.

Will translation be provided?

English, Korean, Japanese, and Spanish translation will be provided. Translation into additional languages may also be available. Those who need translation should bring their own FM radios, headsets and batteries. Translation will also be available via Auracast. Please go to lsm.org/translation for details.

May I stay in a hotel? Will the donation be different? Can it be refunded?

Yes. Those who would like to stay in hotels should make their own arrangements. The donation amount is the same ($250.00 USD per person for overseas conference registrants, and $350.00 USD per person for the church visitation trips, whether Period One or Period Two). Please note that the donation is non-refundable, even if your plans change after registering.

May gospel candidates attend? How is their hospitality arranged?

Gospel candidates invited to the conference may attend, but they must make their own arrangements for lodging. Hospitality during the conference and church visitation arrangements are available to believers only.

Can we bring children? Is there a children's service?

There will be no children's service at the conference. Parents who bring children must look after them themselves.

What if I arrive in Taiwan early or leave late?

Hospitality arrangements will be made during the conference from February 19 through February 22 (four days and three nights). For those joining a church visitation trip, the dates of their period apply (Period One—February 16 through February 19; Period Two—February 22 through February 25). Those who arrive early or depart late should make their own arrangements for transportation to and from the airport and for lodging beyond these periods.

How are the church visitation trips arranged?

Church visitation trips will be arranged by the church in Taipei in two periods: Period One (before the conference)—February 16 through February 19; Period Two (after the conference)—February 22 through February 25. Each period is four days and three nights. Those who are registered for church visitation trips will be assigned to visit churches throughout Taiwan in various groups.

How can I contact the conference?

Enquiries may be sent by email to register@icsc2027.org. You may also leave a message for the conference service team at the bottom of the Help window. The conference service team will reply in the Help window (enquiries sent by email will be answered by email).

How do I fill in each column of the Excel registration form?

Required (gold columns): first name, last name, gender (M or F), and attendance option (code C = conference only; BC = church visitation before the conference + conference; AC = church visitation after the conference + conference; choose one per person). Optional: family code (use the same code, such as F1 or F2, for members of the same family; leave blank for someone attending alone), age (a whole number from 0 to 120), country (choose from the drop-down list), church (if you are responsible for more than one church, enter each person's church; if you are responsible for only one church, you may leave it blank), phone, email, and notes. The registration number (column A) is filled in by the system and is locked: leave it blank the first time you upload, and for later changes please use the file from "Download Current List."

How do I fill in the flight information?

All flight columns may be left blank for now and filled in later. When filling them in, please use these formats: airport = 3-letter code (Taoyuan TPE, Songshan TSA); terminal, such as T1 or T2; date = YYYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2027-02-16); time = 24-hour HH:MM (e.g., 14:30); flight number = airline code + flight number (e.g., BR226, CI5; spaces are removed automatically). Dates must be between January and March 2027, and the departure date cannot be earlier than the arrival date. The system only checks the format and whether the dates are reasonable, so please make sure yourself that the flight numbers and dates are correct.

What should I do if I get errors when uploading the registration form?

Errors are listed row by row, and no data will be saved until all of them have been corrected. Common errors: "Missing required field" = the first name or last name is blank; "Gender must be M or F"; "Invalid attendance option" = please enter the code C, BC, or AC; "Age must be a whole number from 0 to 120"; "Registration number does not exist" = column A has been changed; please use the file from "Download current roster" instead; "Matches the same attendee more than once" = the same person appears in two rows; for flight-related errors, please correct the format (see "How do I fill in the flight information?"); "Missing required columns: ..." (for the whole file) = the header row has been deleted or changed; please download the template again. After making corrections, simply upload the file again.

Can I watch the conference online?

Yes. The in-person meetings will be streamed live at www.lsmwebcast.com. Both the live and archived messages will be accessible via the "February ICSC" button on the webcast menu. Webcast times (Taipei local time, UTC +8): February 20 at 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM; February 21 at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM, and the Lord's Table at 12:00 PM. The archived messages will be available 2-3 hours after each meeting ends. The videos of the messages will be available at no charge until March 23, 2027. Conference outlines will be available on the webcast site to download beginning Saturday, February 13.

How should we arrange things when watching the webcast?

Hymns will be listed on the webcast site (www.lsmwebcast.com) before the start of each live meeting and will be listed with the archived messages when the messages become available. Churches participating in the conference should plan to include time for singing hymns prior to starting the message. After each ministry message we encourage all the saints to join an online prophesying session in their time zone, which we hope will promote the blending among the churches. We encourage the responsible ones in the churches to arrange prophesying sessions for their localities. Smaller churches are encouraged to combine for prophesying. Messages will be streamed in Chinese, English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese. Translation into additional languages may also be available. Please check lsmwebcast.com for updates related to language availability.

Do I need a visa to come to Taiwan? What do I need to enter the country?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and may change, so this website does not give visa advice. Please check the official website of the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs: https://www.boca.gov.tw/ . Before entering Taiwan, you may need to fill in the Taiwan Arrival Card online: https://twac.immigration.gov.tw/ . For passport validity and other requirements, please also follow the latest official announcements. We suggest carrying your conference registration, hospitality arrangements, and lodging address with you. For more information, see the "Visiting Taiwan" page: /en/visiting-taiwan.

What is the weather like in Taipei in February? What should I wear?

Late February in Taipei is cool, often damp, chilly, and rainy, with temperatures of roughly 13–20°C. We suggest wearing layers that you can add or remove, and bringing a jacket and an umbrella. Indoor areas may be air-conditioned.

What currency is used in Taiwan? What are the voltage and plug types?

The currency is the New Taiwan dollar (TWD / NT$). Small shops and night markets mostly accept cash only, while hotels and department stores usually accept credit cards. Convenience stores have ATMs, and you can exchange money at the bank counters in the airport. The voltage is 110V, 60Hz, and the outlets are Type A/B (the same as in the United States and Japan). Please bring your own adapter or voltage converter if needed.

How do I get from Taoyuan Airport to Taipei? How do I get to the Taipei Dome? What is an EasyCard?

From Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), you can take the Taoyuan Airport MRT to Taipei Main Station, which takes about 35–50 minutes. Hospitality during the conference is from February 19 through February 22; for church visitation trips, the dates of your registered period apply (Period One—February 16 through February 19; Period Two—February 22 through February 25). Those who arrive early or depart late should make their own arrangements for transportation to and from the airport and for lodging beyond these periods. The Taipei Dome is near Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station on the MRT Bannan Line (blue line). An EasyCard can be used on the MRT and buses; you can buy and top it up at MRT stations and convenience stores.

How can I get online in Taiwan? What should I know about emergency numbers, drinking water, and health?

You can buy a SIM card or eSIM at the telecom counters in the airport, and many public places offer free Wi-Fi (iTaiwan). Emergency numbers: 110 for police; 119 for fire and ambulance. Please boil or filter tap water before drinking it, or drink bottled water. Please bring your personal medications and prescriptions; travel insurance is recommended.

Do you have any practical tips for visiting Taiwan?

Convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart) are everywhere. Taiwan uses Traditional Chinese, so please have the address of your hotel or host home written in Chinese. Please keep quiet on the MRT, and do not eat or drink inside the paid area. For full details, see the "Visiting Taiwan" page: /en/visiting-taiwan (Chinese: /zh/visiting-taiwan). This information is for reference only; official announcements take precedence.

Where can I download the announcement?

PDFs of both the official Chinese announcement and the English announcement (English invitation) can be downloaded from the "Welcome to Taipei" section on the home page of this website or from the page footer.
